Fall Session 2014 begins the week of October 6th.

WHY CATHOLIC? Journey through the Catechism explores the important truths of our faith, as they are presented in the Catechism of the Catholic Church and in the United States Catholic Catechism for Adults. Groups meet for 6-week sessions in the fall and the spring. In fall of 2014, groups are continuing to look at the Sacraments in the study CELEBRATE. Newcomers are welcomed and invited to these groups as it is not necessary that they have reflected on the past material to participate fully in the current session.

Starting October 5th after the 9:00 AM Family Mass in Weston

Café Julia is St. Julia Parish’s Weston “coffee house”! Join with other parishioners after the 9:00 AM Family Mass for coffee, conversation and community. Café Julia is located in the Parish Hall and is offered Sundays while Faith Formation classes for younger parishioners are underway. This ministry requires teams of 2-3 families to sponsor a weekend and carry out the duties of the Café Julia “Baristas”. If you are interesting in helping make Café Julia happen, please contact Andrea or sign up here.

THE MISSION OF SAINT JULIA PARISH

We, the parishioners of Saint Julia Parish, seek to live our belief in Christ as we worship and serve Him according to His example and teachings. With appreciation of the diverse gifts of our individual members, we strive to gain the participation of each parishioner and work to ensure that everyone feels welcome in our community of faithful. We do this while mindful of God’s love for us and the power of His Spirit that makes us holy, heals our brokenness and sustains us in all the good we do. We are committed in the spirit of Christian stewardship to share generously our time, talent, and treasure.
