a bunch of 11th and 12th grade students who get together to share, plan, have fun

RED SOX OUTING FOR YOUTH IN GRADES 8-12: On Sunday, June 8th watch the Red Sox play the Seattle Mariners @ 1:35PM. The bus will leave from St. Julia Parking lot at 12:30PM and return approximately 6:00PM. The cost, which includes the ticket and transportation, is only $40. Tickets can be reserved by sending your check and permission form to Greg Kee. His contact info is gregkee (at) hotmail.com, or 781235-3473. Don't delay-we expect this event to be very popular! Checks should be made payable to St. Julia Parish. Permission forms can be downloaded from the Youth Ministry webpage here. A special "thank you" to Lou Gorman for making this event possible.
5TH, 6TH, 7TH AND 8TH GRADERS: SAVE THE DATE: Saturday, May 10th is the "End of the Year Barbeque." Come and enjoy the food, games, music from 5:00-7:00PM at St. Julia Church's Grotto area, Weston [if it should rain, we will be in the Parish Center]. High school peer leaders and adult supervision is needed. Please RSVP by Thursday, May 8th to Joe Duffey at 781-891-4878, or by email .
PARISH PASTORAL COUNCIL: Youth members are needed for the Council, which usually meets once a month on Sundays at 7:30PM. If you will be in grades 9-12 this fall, and would like to be a representative on this council, please contact Father Evans or Jean Pelletier. We would be happy to share with you the depth of the commitment in being an active member on the PPC.
MEMBERS OF THE GRADUATING CLASS OF 2008!The Baccalaureate Mass and dinner celebration will be held on Sunday, May 18th, with Mass beginning at 5:00PM. The dinner will follow Mass. Please RSVP Jean Pelletier by Monday, May 12th at jpelletier (at) stjulia.org, or at 781-899-0739. Be sure to share your plans for next year when you RSVP.
HIGH SCHOOL JUNIORS AND PARENTS OF HIGH SCHOOL JUNIORS interested in helping with the Baccalaureate Dinner Celebration, Sunday, May 18th should contact Beth Marsh Doyle at marshdoyle@apple.com, or, 781-788-9011. Please help continue the tradition of High School Juniors and their parents preparing dinner for the Seniors. Next year dinner will be prepared for you when you graduate!

Next Youth Group Meeting!
HIGH SCHOOL YOUTH GROUP FOR GRADES 9-12 This year the high school Youth Group is open to all high school youth. Gatherings will take place once a month after the 5PM Mass. For high school parishioners who are preparing for Confirmation, depending on your attendance, this may be considered as one of your mini-courses. Watch the bulletin for the next gathering.
